About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supports store team members, and helps provide customers with a friendly, high-quality experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching coworkers, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position is for an overnight shift. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example with high energy and a strong team mentality, helping engage customers through hospitality.
