About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps create a welcoming customer experience through hospitality and service, and helps ensure food and beverages are prepared to customer specifications safely, quickly, and courteously. The Supervisor also coaches team members, oversees product availability and merchandising, and helps maintain clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sheetz states its commitment to considering qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
