About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring a Store Supervisor for its Concord store on Manchester Street. Supervisors assist with the day-to-day operations of the store in a fun, fast-paced environment. The stated pay rate is $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time or part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and train employees.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and monitor cash overages and shortages.
• Manage inventory control.
• Complete daily paperwork, reporting, and logs.
• Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality.
