About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to store operations. The role supports team members in engaging customers with hospitality and delivering a positive customer experience. Supervisors help serve food and beverages to customer specifications, keep products available and well merchandised, and maintain clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to delegate effectively.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
