About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys is hiring a part-time Store Supervisor for its Eden Prairie location. The role creates a welcoming shopping experience for customers and supports front-end operations. The schedule is part-time, with flexibility to work up to 39.5 hours per week. The store operates seven days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; this position is scheduled for shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $18.00–$21.50 per hour. The actual offer may depend on skills, knowledge, expertise, and experience, with internal equity also considered; hiring at the top of the range is not typical. Requirements

Have a food safety certification or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of previous retail or food service experience.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers.
Supervise and assist front-end operations, including scanning items, entering pricing data, processing payments, packaging groceries, and resolving checkout concerns.
Assist the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading team members to accomplish department and personal goals.
