About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach and helping create a positive customer experience through hospitality. The role serves food and beverages to customer specifications, maintains product availability and presentation, and keeps store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position requires a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient person who can prioritize and delegate tasks. The stated starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
