About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a positive, hospitable experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The position requires the ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds or assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
