About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to the store team. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage service, and keeping the store well stocked and clean. Supervisors mentor and coach Team Members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. Employees receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The posting also highlights quarterly employee bonuses based on company performance and other benefits and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
