About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach and helping deliver a welcoming, hospitable customer experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.

• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
