About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a high-quality, friendly experience. This role requires a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient employee who can prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and maintain a strong team mentality. The position is an overnight shift. The starting rate is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The role involves welcoming customers, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store and food-service areas clean. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and positive.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example with high energy and a strong team mentality, engaging customers through hospitality.
