About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role requires a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient employee with a positive attitude who can prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Supervisors help the team work with energy and cooperation to provide customers with hospitality throughout their visit. The position includes a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
