About The Position
As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on providing customers with a positive experience. You will engage customers with hospitality, communicate effectively, adapt to change, and contribute across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
