About The Position

The Store Shift Supervisor supports the Wag N’ Wash team and helps maximize productivity while providing a welcoming experience for customers and their pets. The role leads team members by example, promotes the company’s values, ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures, and assigns tasks while helping team members manage their time. Store operations duties include placing special orders, filling online orders, notifying customers when orders are ready, completing assignments directed by leadership, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing end-of-day reports. The supervisor is also expected to perform walk-in nail-trimming services for pets.

The position requires retail experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong sales and customer-service skills, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility. Employees must be at least 18 years old and pass a drug screening where allowed by law. The role involves climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a drug screening where allowed by law.
