About The Position

The Store Shift Supervisor supports the Wag N' Wash team, helps maximize productivity, and provides a positive store experience for pet parents and their pets. The role leads team members by example, models company values, ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures, and assigns tasks while helping team members manage their time. Store operations include handling special orders and online orders, notifying customers when orders are ready, completing assignments from leadership, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing end-of-day reports. The supervisor is also expected to perform walk-in nail trimming services.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Reliable transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass drug screening where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

Lead team members by example and embody the company’s values.
Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.
Assign tasks and help team members manage their time.
Place special orders, fill online orders, and notify customers when orders are ready.
Complete assignments as directed by leadership.
Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
Perform nail trims, including walk-in nail trimming services.
