About The Position

The Store Shift Supervisor helps lead the Wag N’ Wash team, support store operations, and provide a positive experience for pet parents and their pets. The supervisor leads by example, models the company’s values, ensures team members follow personnel policies and procedures, and assigns tasks while helping the team manage time and productivity. Store duties include placing special orders, filling online orders, notifying customers when orders are ready, completing assignments from leadership, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing end-of-day reports. The role also performs walk-in nail-trimming services for pets.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong sales and customer-service skills.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Reliable transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a drug screening where allowed by law.

Responsibilities
