Store Shift Supervisor - Wag N Wash
About The Position
The Store Shift Supervisor supports store leadership and team members in delivering a positive customer experience for pet parents and their pets. The role leads by example, promotes company values, ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures, and assigns tasks while helping team members manage their time. Store operations include placing special orders, fulfilling online orders, notifying customers when orders are ready, completing assignments from leadership, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing end-of-day reports. The supervisor is also expected to perform walk-in nail-trimming services for pets and be willing to learn about the Wag N’ Wash brand and its products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a drug screening where allowed by law.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Lead team members by example and help them understand and embody company values.
- Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.
- Assign tasks and help team members manage their time.
- Place special orders and fill online orders.
- Notify customers when their orders are ready.

- Help pet parents with their concerns, wants, and needs.
