About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate helps maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan. The compensation range is $12.00–$19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain the store’s appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing and recovering merchandise, and completing general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
