About The Position

The Seasonal Associate serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers choose Kate Spade products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. It combines customer engagement and styling with sales, brand storytelling, and operational responsibilities in a retail environment.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, as applicable.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and brand storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
Work collaboratively with the team to support business needs.
