About The Position

WHBM is built on the fashion contrast of white and black and inspires independent women through modern, timeless styles. As a Sales Associate, you will be a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality. You will work with a team to foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service.

This is a temporary, part-time position at the Twelve Oaks Mall store in Novi, Michigan.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
