About The Position

The Seasonal Associate (Stylist) serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. Associates provide welcoming, informed service, styling recommendations, and support through purchase and checkout while contributing to sales and store operations.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or local-language proficiency as appropriate for the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
