About The Position

The Seasonal Associate (described in the posting as a Stylist) serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist helps customers discover and express their personal style and demonstrates how Kate Spade products can be incorporated into their existing wardrobe. The role focuses on warm, knowledgeable customer engagement, styling advice, complete-look recommendations, and a seamless purchasing experience. It also supports sales results and operational excellence, including product knowledge, stockroom organization, and POS transactions. The position requires schedule flexibility to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The role includes regular lifting of at least 25 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs., as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or proficiency in the local language as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
