About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The position receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills customer orders; and prepares orders for shipment according to quality, packing, and shipping standards. It also uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments, maintains clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and provides general store support such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. This is a seasonal position at Twelve Oaks Mall. The work requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent handling, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise. The hourly pay range is $18.30–$19.00. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. - Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; and lifting and carrying merchandise, including items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
