About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders to quality standards, using inventory management systems, maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
