About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Miami, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while promoting customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. The role involves setting a positive example, hiring and training team members, coaching and developing employees, providing constructive feedback, and holding staff accountable. The manager also uses established tools to support guest satisfaction and business performance, plans and tracks budget forecasts, and contributes ideas that advance the business. The position emphasizes fast, friendly, clean, and professional service and building lasting relationships with customers and employees.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and excellent sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
