About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, team development, sales, profitability, and the continued growth of the automotive business. The manager hires and trains employees, coaches and holds them accountable, and uses established tools to improve guest satisfaction and profitability. The position also involves planning and tracking budget forecasting models and identifying opportunities for innovation and progress.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
