About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, team development, sales, and business profitability. The manager hires and trains team members, provides coaching and constructive feedback, holds staff accountable, and helps employees develop leadership skills. The position also uses established tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and contributes ideas for business improvement.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
