About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Store Manager leads the store team and oversees daily operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, developing and coaching staff, hiring and training team members, and supporting the growth and profitability of the automotive business through sales and customer service. The Store Manager uses established tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and looks for opportunities to improve the business. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and potential earnings up to $100,000 per year. The work schedule includes a mix of day, evening shifts ending by 8 p.m., and weekends.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and excellent sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
