About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Miami Gardens, Florida. The Store Manager leads daily store operations while working to keep customers and employees satisfied and deliver fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role sets a positive example, builds and develops a strong team, and contributes to the growth and profitability of the automotive business.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
• Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Professional presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and promote customer and employee satisfaction.
