About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Miami, Florida. The Store Manager oversees the customer experience, employee experience, and daily business operations while advancing the company’s mission of creating customers for life through fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role involves leading by example and helping create an enjoyable, professional workplace. The Store Manager hires and trains team members, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds employees accountable, and supports their development. The manager also works to grow the business by using established tools to improve customer satisfaction and profitability, while planning and tracking budget forecasting models. Compensation is competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and potential earnings up to $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivated, with strong sales skills and the ability to work under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with an interest in the automotive industry.
