Jiffy Lube Store Manager
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Springfield, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees day-to-day store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and developing staff, providing constructive feedback, holding employees accountable, and helping maintain a positive workplace. The Store Manager also uses established tools to improve customer satisfaction and profitability, supports sales and customer service, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings of up to $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and delegate effectively.
- Ability to make customer service a priority.
- Ability to resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
