Jiffy Lube Store Manager
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees day-to-day store operations while working to create customers for life through fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, employee development, sales, and business profitability. The manager hires and trains team members, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds employees accountable, and encourages their leadership development. The position also uses established tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement. The work schedule includes a mix of day shifts, evening shifts ending no later than 8 p.m., and weekends.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
