About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Miami, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily business operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on keeping customers and employees satisfied, setting a positive example, and helping shape the future of the automotive business. The Store Manager hires and trains team members, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds staff accountable, and supports their development. The manager also uses established tools to promote customer satisfaction and profitability, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models. Strong sales, customer service, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are important to success in the role. The schedule includes a mix of day shifts, evening shifts ending by 8 p.m., and weekends. The position offers competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms, with earnings up to $100,000 a year, along with a range of benefits.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Self-motivated, with strong sales skills and the ability to work under pressure and delegate.
Ability to make customer service a priority and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
Passion for the automotive industry.
