About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Sunrise, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, team development, sales, and business profitability. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings up to $100,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
Ability to work under pressure and delegate.
Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organization and attention to detail.
Passion for the automotive industry.
