About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Hadley, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and holding staff accountable, supporting their development, and building an enjoyable workplace. The manager also uses established tools to improve customer satisfaction and profitability, develops and tracks budget forecasting models, and contributes ideas that support business progress and success. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings up to $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivated, with strong sales skills.
- Able to work under pressure and delegate effectively.
- Able to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
