About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Miami, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily business operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, team development, sales, and business growth.

The Store Manager hires and trains employees, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds staff accountable, and develops their leadership skills. The manager uses established tools to support guest satisfaction and profitability, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and builds strong relationships with employees and customers.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
• Ability to resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Professional presentation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
