About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a fashion-forward, hands-on Store Manager to lead an outlet store in a creative, fast-paced retail environment. The Store Manager develops and inspires a dynamic team focused on delivering an elevated client experience and building lasting customer relationships. The role strategically drives business through proactive planning, innovation, execution, business analytics, and productivity goals, while supporting operational excellence and omnichannel sales.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or takeover is not available.
Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule and work on weekends, holidays, and high retail-traffic and sales days.
