About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store at Sally Beauty, delivering a strong customer experience and helping customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role manages and develops team associates, inspires the team, and serves as a leader, role model, and coach.

The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also ensures that staff follow safety and security procedures and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
