About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented beauty retail store, managing talent and inspiring associates to deliver memorable customer experiences and personalized hair and beauty solutions. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The Store Manager also ensures compliance with safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
