About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees the store’s day-to-day operations while maintaining fast, friendly, clean, and professional service and working to create lifelong customers. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and developing staff, holding employees accountable, and building a positive and enjoyable workplace. The Store Manager also supports business growth and profitability through customer satisfaction and sales efforts, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models. Compensation is competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings up to $100,000 a year. The position includes a mix of day, evening shifts ending by 8 p.m., and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure and delegate.
• Be able to resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Present yourself professionally.
• Have a passion for the automotive industry.
