About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store focused on hair and beauty products, delivering a strong customer experience and tailored solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees talent and team development, coaches and inspires associates, and ensures the store meets or exceeds sales goals. The role also oversees store operations, including budgets, expenses, sales growth, inventory, safety, security, company policies, and store appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
