About The Position

The Store Manager owns the store’s team, culture, customer experience, and results. This is a floor-first leadership role requiring active involvement in daily operations, selling alongside the team, coaching employees, and taking ownership of outcomes. Wireless experience can help with ramp-up but is not always required. The role includes flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and availability to work at additional locations as business needs require.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High energy, organization, and composure under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Wireless or telecom industry experience.
Bilingual skills.
Experience building or rebuilding a team culture.
A track record of developing team members into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
Sell alongside the team and maintain the customer experience standard on every shift.
Support hiring efforts and help identify talent aligned with BLW culture.
Support formal onboarding and develop employees through real-time coaching and hands-on skill transfer on the floor.
Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before they become patterns.
Balance store schedules to ensure coverage, fairness, and operational efficiency.
Handle customer escalations professionally and work toward resolution.
Ensure compliance with BLW policies, training standards, and operational procedures.
Represent BLW at community and offsite events to build brand loyalty and grow the customer base.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be available to work at additional locations as business needs require.
