About The Position

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a people-first Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail location. The manager is responsible for store productivity, including sales goals, operations, and customer experience, while serving as an expert resource and role model for the team. The role involves recruiting, training, developing, and recognizing employees, as well as conducting personalized performance conversations and plans. The position offers competitive pay with uncapped monthly commissions and opportunities for career development and growth.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail leadership experience; wireless retail experience is a bonus.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired.
Able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers, managing the sales floor, and overseeing team members.
Able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Able to bend, kneel, and reach for tasks such as stocking and retrieving items.
