About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store sales, profitability, team development, and daily operations. The Store Manager maintains focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections while fostering total customer satisfaction. The role includes training and evaluating team members, developing their product knowledge and skills, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Store Manager also manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and handles other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. It values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail management experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
