About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and contribute to a strong customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections, developing team members, recruiting and selecting staff, and maintaining company standards and policies. Store Managers also manage the profit and loss (P&L) and perform other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills, and supports career advancement through promotion from within.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail management experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide a superior customer experience.
