About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help achieve sales and profit projections. The role contributes to customer satisfaction, team development, recruiting and selection, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures. It also includes other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and promotes opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
