About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance. The role focuses on achieving individual and team standards, meeting sales and profit projections, contributing to an excellent customer experience, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Compensation includes base pay plus sales commission. Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
