About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store sales, operations, and team development. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections by maintaining individual and team standards, creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, and developing team members through training and evaluation. The Store Manager recruits and selects team members, manages the profit and loss statement to meet profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and handles other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail management experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
