About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team and support sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining daily focus on individual and team achievement of standards and sales and profit projections; creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selecting team members. The Store Manager also manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
