About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and contribute to a strong customer experience. The Store Manager maintains daily focus on individual and team members’ achievement of standards to meet sales and profit projections, fosters total customer satisfaction, and develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The role also includes recruiting and selecting team members, managing the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforcing company policies and procedures, and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
