About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver a strong customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining daily attention to individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, and building team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The Store Manager also recruits and selects team members, manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
